- Implications of emergency management requirements for organisational planning, policies, procedures, systems and resource allocation is identified
- Implications of emergency management requirements for stakeholders and local communities are identified
- Action plans are used, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Contribute to stakeholder awareness of emergency management
